When the four clans left the forest for the lake because of the twoleg destruction, they left many cats behind. They watched in sorrow as their old homes got torn up and built on, many cats died these nights and eventually, one night at full moon, Starclan came to them. They spoke of victory, brave battles, courage. But most of all they spoke of the clans. "We will guide you," they said, "You shall set up clans like the first and you shall be warriors once more!" the rogues looked at each other, all broken and hungry until one cat from the mist spoke "Where will we go? You know what the twolegs have done to us here, how can you be sure that they won't do the same somewhere else?"
"We will guide you" Starclan repeated smoothly, "We will guide you and you shall not be forgotten"
These cats traveled to new lands far beyond their own until it was time, for the age of warriors to be reborn!
